Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

The rate for Blue Canoe Lakeside Cabin is $150/ night for week nights (Sunday- Thursday), $200/ night for weekends (Friday and Saturday) with a $100 one-time cleaning fee. We have a 2-night minimum stay. ;
